Highlands, North Carolina is an incredible place to visit. We find it to be even more quaint in the Fall and Winter months and their Christmas celebration is one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of encountering. I ran across this little brewery on one of those holiday time visits on a sunny day while avoiding further shopping with my wife and daughter. They enjoy shopping far more than I do. I enjoy a nice cold beverage kicking back in a relaxing chair in the sun. This brewery had a nice little sitting area out front. Not much of an interior. Brewed at 4118 feet which they claim makes it taste better. I might concur.
Graham Cracker Nut Brown Ale
- This was a very nice Brown Ale. I must say, I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, the altitude and the sunshine may have adversely, or diversly, affected me.
