I’m not sure exactly where I was in downtown Savannah, but it was not far from Lady & Sons which is a story of its own. The waterfront area is, of course, outstanding but there are other areas around town that we like to visit when in Savannah. So, I think we were in the City Market area which is a pedestrian only street between Franklin Park and the Johnny Mercer statue. It’s a neat little area worth a visit and the Byrd’s Cookies! Don’t get me started. Anyway, we were nearby this area when we hit Lady & Sons for a robust lunch and then were walking nearby when I was able to enjoy a fine brew or two at the New Realm in Savannah, Georgia. I believe this location is now closed, so don’t try to go there. Enjoyed this beer in an awesome little location in the heart of the activity in Savannah. Not there anymore, but the beer still pours from its Atlanta hub.

Hazy Like a Fox

  • Double Hopped with El Dorado & Azacca hops. Tasty. Very fruit forward. Grapefruity a bit. Decent beer that I’m rating a 7/10ish. This beer is up my alley which is more of a hoppy-loving fool.
